Fundraising On The Night – Bring A Bottle
We kindly request that each table donates a bottle for a tombola we plan to have on the night; this can be a bottle of anything you choose but be aware you might win it back – this has proven to be a hit in other events as previous prizes have included bottles of hair shampoo!
How To Book
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your table. We are asking for a deposit to secure the booking by the end of February 2016 of £10 per head with the balance due by the start of April 2016.
Dress Code Suggestion
The venue stipulates no trainers or jeans so we would appreciate if all gentlemen can wear a collared shirt & jacket – black tie is preferable but not essential. Ladies are welcomed to dress up in their favourite party dresses.
Venue: The Walled Garden, Beeston
